Travel Thursday: Cruising the Bay in San Fran

We ended our Pacific NW trip last year in San Franciso.
We met up with some Kiwi pals who were just starting a holiday, and we had a blast.
I waddled around with a a big old belly, and we did lots of exploring.

One of my favorite things (and something that was a must do on my list) was a cruise in the bay.
Here are some of the highlights from that lovely morning!

Oh and we saw dolphins. Which you know, is awesome.

Travel Thursday: The Cave with No Name

Ohhhh mysterious..
But, seriously, it was named that way by a wee kid who found it. And it stuck. And it is actually stunning. This was another gem we found on our roadtrip with Liz around the Hill Country last year.  The caves are about 17 miles north of Berne, Texas. If you are in the area, definitely make the time to check them out. We were gobsmacked.

While Rob napped in the car, Liz and I went exploring in the caves. Such a beautiful spot. Here are a few shots from us geeking out. Yes, we were indeed in our element!

New York, New York - in Insty form

When we were planning the remainder of our US trips, Rob was adamant that he wanted to go back to New York. I wanted to plan a cheeky trip to meet Laurie. And so, in the spirit of a great marriage, we combined our plans, and knocked off two of our travel goals last week.

Here is a quick look at how our phones saw New York, I will be sharing more from my Camera in coming months.

Enjoy xx

oh. And, if two bloggers meet and don't take a selfie together, did it still happen?
I don't know... Im pretty sure we met each other... :P

Also. I am so glad we "took the chance" and drove to PA. Sometimes in life you just have to take the plunge. Laurie and her husband Matt are two of the nicest people, and we all just clicked. I am so happy that we went. Happy life moment people.
