Get a bunch of photos printed of you and your sweetheart...
Line them up on the wall in a heart shape.. I transformed the back of our boring front door into a super cute love heart with photos of us from the last 7 years. There is even a photo from my 21st, all that time ago!
I had seen someone do a similar thing on pinterest and I have been dying to try it.. am so glad, a great result from a 10 minute project!
