DIY Cocktail Topper

Here is how I made some cute cocktail toppers for a party we had recently!

What I Used
Skewers
Coloured paper
Butterfly hole punch
White paper
Pink ink pad
Heart stamp
Glue or double sided tape

Cut out pendant shapes from the white paper.
Fold in half and line with double sided tape.
Wrap the flag around the skewer and squeeze together.
Stamp the heart onto the flag.

Use heart shaped hole punch to create large white hearts, and smaller hearts. I used an old map for the small hearts!

Cut out butterfly shapes.
Use double sided tape on both of the butterfly backs.
Stick together with skewer in the middle.

Cocktail love - Sugar plum fairy

This cocktail is inspired from our holiday in Chicago. We took a cruise on the river and had delicious cocktails in the sunshine. The "sugar plum fairy" is similar to something we tried, but with a little twist...

Here is how I made it..

Vodka
Lemonade
Rasberry Syrup
Lime
Mint

Muddle the lime and mint.
Add a little rasberry syrup.
Add a shot or two of vodka.
Top up with lemonade.
Enjoy.
