Op Shop Show Off: Ze Tray

A couple of Sundays ago Rach and I took a whole day to shop for vintage and antique finds. I found this beauty at an antique store on 19th St in the Heights. Wow, such a beautiful store full of amazing glassware and beautiful finds.

I just adore this tray, it is now looking after my threads and cross stitch work. And it is so pretty sitting in our lounge. Don't you just love the floral!

Yay.

Op Shop Show Off: the cutest pinny ever

So I bought this from the Hospice Shop in Whakatane for $6, I absolutely fell for it, because the pattern - well look at it! I love the blue and the lemon! Here are some shots Rob got of me tidying in the kitchen.

Op Shop Show Off - Retro Scarf

For this weeks Op Shop Show off I am sharing my favorite accessory from our summer time trip home! I got the cutest scarf in the Hospice Shop in Whakatane. It was $5 and I wore it sooo many days! Who can be bothered styling hair when you are on holiday right?! I just love it, and it looks so sweet and retro on.

Op Shop Show Off

Heya!

For this weeks Op Shop Show off I am excited to be bragging about this super sweet little sugar bowl.. It cost like $2.50 from a little market in a wee town in Texas, and it makes the sweetest little planter!

What do you think? I love it!

Op Shop link up - excitement!

I am happy to say that I found the coolest blog yesterday. Max is a cool English expat living a lovely life in small town New  Zealand. She has a super sweet blog and a link up I am really excited about.

By now y'all know that I love thrifting for dresses - but it doesn't stop there, I like any sweet vintage find I come across! If I could my house would be filled with treasures from second hand stores/op shops/ thrift stores/ antique stores (choose definition for awesome bargains in preloved condition for what ever language you follow).

Max has a link up called "op shop show off" which I am happy to say I will be joining as often as possible!

My first show off is a set of martini glasses in rose pink glass with white etching. I found them at Goodwill for $3 for the set!!! Whhhhaaaaa? I can't wait to have a cocktail in them with a lady pal : )

Thank you phone app for creating a tidy collage of my shots :P

If you love to thrift or find bargains in op shops you should take a look at the link - lots of fun - cos the second best past apart finding bargains - telling people how good the bargain is!
Thanks Max!
