I posted again the next day, it went something like this....
And then my baby blog did much as I did when I was three. Decided to not talk to anyone for over a year. (True story by the way, I decided other kids were just not cool enough for me to talk to). So my talking-too-much thing is clearly just me continuously making up for the year of silence.
So anyway, life went on, I was busy planning a wedding (or two) and working and being a nut case and you know...Living life. And then we moved to the States. I started this intensive training program at work. And I just turned into a robot. Study and work all day and then study all evening.
Having just finished a two year creative binge on wedding planning, and then jumping face first into this study, my brain was unhappy. So I decided to slap my blog out of silence and start again. I wanted to share how I made things for my wedding, and what life was like living over here in the States.
And that's what I have been doing for the last 12 months.
Talking about things that make me happy mostly.
Like, exploring the United States with Robbo.
Ummm, this post about my 4th July fail last year.
And these posts, about lovely dresses.
Oh, and this one, about one of the prettiest spots in New Zealand.
Definitely, this recipe for the most AMAZING Pumpkin Bread.
And more recently, my journey with a Paleo lifestyle.
I have learned so much in the last year - like, coding, and time management, and the importance of spell check, and how to negotiate blog world a little. I'm still learning, and am going to try and get more of this code language down this year.. We shall see how I go.
So hopefully my blog keeps speaking for another year. Thanks for following along, and becoming blog pals with me. It has been so cool meeting new people and learning about how other people live their lives. We are all a bit different, but in the end we are all the same. Its nice, you know?
So after all that, I am gonna hop on the band wagon of Katies "BLOGAVERSARY" and help give a lucky reader some cash money! Click here to enter! I am keen to celebrate a blog birthday with someone!!
Aww, your blog is beautiful. I am an adorer of dresses, too.
ReplyDeleteThanks Jess, and Yay for another dress lover. They really are the best!
